摘要
防震减灾科普是提升社会震灾抵御能力的基础公共服务之一。为了评估湖南省首届防震减灾科普作品创作大赛的成效和作品特征,为后续防震减灾科普作品创作大赛的宣传和组织提供思路。本文从作品主题、创作地区和创作人员3个方面对湖南省首届防震减灾科普作品创作大赛的科普作品进行了统计分析,结果表明:(1)作品主题宽泛,作品质量参差不齐,不具可比性;(2)创作主体不均衡,创作地区较为集中;(3)单人参赛作品比例高,缺乏团队协作的高质量作品。最后提出了5点建议:(1)细化主题,确定作品内容;(2)给定题目,征集专题作品;(3)区别分类,设置作品比例;(4)注重平衡,提升公众参与度;(5)倡导团队协作,明确作品质量要求。
The popularization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science is one of the basic public services to enhance the resilience of society to earthquake disasters.Creating earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization works is an important foundation for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization work.This article was based on the science popularization work data of the first Hunan Province Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Science Popularization Work Creation Competition.The work data was analyzed statistically from three aspects such as the theme of the work,the creative region,and the creative personnel.We presented five suggestions such as providing a reference for the promotion and organization of the subsequent earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization work creation competition.
