摘要
高校数字化转型的快速推进蕴含了资源、权力、信息和控制系统等方面的调整需求,显现了高校数字化转型中的目标含混与组织固化边界、开放整合形态与组织壁垒化运行、资源统筹与组织权责分散等组织层面的不适配现象。基于适配理论,按照技术、制度和情境的作用逻辑,梳理高校组织适配的需求、条件和内容,建构了以目标适应性调整、结构整体性调适、权责一致化配置为指向的组织适配机制,涵盖功能适配机制、结构适配机制、价值适配机制和场域适配机制,为高校数字化转型提供认知引导、聚情共鸣和功用协同。高校组织适配机制的建构路径需要按照结果定向、培育能力、形塑结构、重塑网络的路径系统依次展开。
The rapid advancement of digital transformation in colleges and universities involves adjustments in resources,power,infor-mation and control systems,resulting in alienation phenomena such as ambiguous goals and solidified boundaries of organizations,open inte-gration forms and barrier-based operations,resource coordination and decentralization of rights and responsibilities.Based on the adapta-tion theory and in accordance with the functional logic of technology,system and situation,the needs,conditions and content of organiza-tional adaptation in colleges and universities are sorted out,and an organizational adaptation with the goals of goal adaptability adjustment,structural integrity adjustment,and consistent configuration of rights and responsibilities is constructed.The adaptation mechanism is subdi-vided into functional adaptation mechanism,structural adaptation mechanism,value adaptation mechanism and field adaptation mechanism to provide cognitive guidance,emotional resonance and functional synergy for the digital transformation of universities.The construction path of the organisational adaptation mechanism of universities needs to be systematically carried out according to the path of result orientation,capacity cultivation,structural shaping and network reshaping.
