摘要
医联体建设背景下,区域医疗服务体系建设存在医疗机构资源不均衡、医疗健康数据利用不够以及卫生资源调用不到位等问题。利用数据中台技术将医疗业务和数据汇聚到智慧平台,区域医疗平台通过中台总体架构对区域数据进行数据体系设计和建设,为各级医疗卫生机构分析应用各类数据提供服务,最终实现医疗服务注智、能力共享和数据联通的数字化系统。建设智慧中台可以满足基层居民的寻医问药需求,发挥医联体建设的能动性,在区域范围内实现基层医疗机构医疗服务资源和药品资源的联动供应。
The mode of medical treatment combination can not only promote the service model of large hospitals leading the grassroots and better leverage the professional and technical advantages of large hospitals,but also promote the capacity building of grassroots medical and health institutions and solve problems such as insufficient grassroots health resources and insufficient drug supply.The construction of a smart platform based on big data and cloud computing technology can promote the digital transformation process of existing medical institutions,integrate high-quality medical resources and data within or between regions,provide technical support for unified management and supply of resource elements,meet the basic medical needs of grassroots residents,leverage the initiative of the medical treatment combination,and bring more space for the energy saving in the medical system.Suggestions are made for the construction of a smart platform from the aspects of system architecture,construction ideas,and implementation and operation.
