摘要
经方小柴胡汤出自张仲景的《伤寒论》,由柴胡、黄芩、生姜、半夏、人参、大枣、炙甘草等7味药组成。《伤寒论》载小柴胡汤应用广泛,不仅适用于少阳病证,还可应用于太阳、阳明、厥阴等多种类似病证中。现代实验研究证明,小柴胡汤含有皂苷类等多种有效成分,具有抗炎、调节免疫、抗抑郁、解热等药理作用。小柴胡汤在现代临床应用方面卓有成效,已广泛应用于肿瘤、肾脏、消化系统、肝脏、呼吸系统(新型冠状病毒感染、咳嗽)等疾病中。文章通过理论探讨、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等4个方面对小柴胡汤研究现状进行综述,意在将小柴胡汤的传统六经辨证与现代临证相结合,以期为小柴胡汤后期深入探讨及临床应用提供参考依据。
Classic Prescription Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is from ZHANG Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases:it is composed of seven flavors of medicine such as Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Dazao(Jujubae Fructus),Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle).Treatise on Febrile Diseases contains Xiaochaihu Decoction,which is widely used,not only suitable for Shaoyang disease symptoms,but also can be applied to Taiyang,Yangming,Jueyin and other similar diseases.Modern experimental research has proved that Xiaochaihu Decoction contains a variety of active ingredients such as saponins,which have pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,antidepressant,and antipyretic.Xiaochaihu Decoction has been fruitful in modern clinical application,it has been widely used in tumors,kidneys,digestive system,liver,respiratory system(corona virus disease,cough)and other diseases.This paper reviews the research status of Xiaochaihu Decoction through four aspects,including theoretical discussion,chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application,aiming to combine the traditional six classics differentiation of Xiaochaihu Decoction with modern clinical symptoms,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth discussion and clinical application of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the later stage.
