Melancholia is a common mental disorder caused by various reasons, with low mood as the main symptom.Melancholia belongs to the category of“depression disease”in traditional Chinese medicine, and its pathogenesis is mostly caused by emotional distress. The bookZhengzhiHuibu proposes that“although there are many depression diseases, they are all due to the lack of circulation of Qi”.Professor ZHANG Fuli has unique insights and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of depression. He believes that“liver Qi stagnation”is the basis of this disease, and“Qi stagnation, ascending and descending dysfunction”is the key to the formation of this disease. He proposes the main treatment principle of“opening Qi and promoting depression, regulating ascending and descending”.When treating this disease, attention should be paid to the application of legislation on sex and taste composition, using the“slightly bitter and slightly pungent”method as the basic legislation, combined with the differences of“liver Qi”“liver Yang”and“liver fire”that have been transformed by liver wood gloomy for a long time, different combinations of micro-bitterness and micro-bitterness are used everywhere, and then the Qi and organs are smooth, the rise and fall are restored, and the form and spirit are harmonious, and the effect is remarkable.
