摘要
《素问·生气通天论篇》云:“阳气者,若天与日,失其所则折寿而不彰”,维持和恢复阴阳相对平衡是中医诊疗疾病的根本法则。该文以《黄帝内经》“扶阳”理论为切入点,从整体出发进行辨治,认为冠心病合并焦虑抑郁以心阳不振、心神失养为本,浊气归心,脾土失温,酿生痰浊、瘀血为标,龙相火动,阴火妄动为扰。因此,该文试从温阳、通阳、潜阳角度论治此病,通过温阳益心、神清志平以固本,通阳化浊、豁痰除痹以止病进、潜阳纳摄,引火归元以防变等治法治则,使人体阳气发挥正常调气血、温心神、暖脾土、排浊毒、防僭越等生理功能,以使机体达到阴平阳秘的状态。以期进一步为临床诊疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁提供理论参考,从而提高中医药辨治此类疾病的疗效。
Suwen·ShengqiTongtianLun said:“Yang-Qi is just like the sun in the sky.If it loses its place,life will be shortened and life will not be prosperous”,maintaining and restoring the relative balance of Yin and Yang is the fundamental principle of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Therefore,this article takes the“supporting Yang”theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi as the starting point,and differentiates and treats it from a holistic perspective.It is believed that coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression is based on the lack of heart Yang and the lack of nourishment of the heart and mind.The turbid Qi returns to the heart,the spleen soil loses temperature.The signs include phlegm and blood stasis,and the Yin fire is the disturbance.Therefore,this article attempts to treat this disease from the perspective of warming Yang,clearing Yang,and quenching Yang.By warming Yang and benefiting the heart,clearing the mind and calming the mind to consolidate the root cause,clearing Yang and removing turbidity,clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis to stop the disease from advancing,and quenching Yang to absorb and returning to the source and preventing changes.Based on the above treatment principles,can allow the human body's Yang energy to perform normal physiological functions such as regulating Qi and blood,warming the heart and mind,warming the spleen soil,detoxifying turbidity,and preventing transgression,so that the body can reach a state of Yin and Yang secretion.It is expected to further provide theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression,thereby improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of such diseases.
