摘要
目的探讨低血糖指数膳食在妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院90例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组接受常规营养治疗,试验组在此基础上加入低血糖指数膳食治疗,比较两组的血糖控制情况及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组脂肪、碳水化合物摄入低于对照组,血糖指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗过程中加入低血糖指数膳食干预,可明显提升治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of low glycemic index diet in nutritional treatment of diabetes in pregnancy.Methods 90 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutritional treatment,while the experimental group received low glycemic index dietary treatment on this basis.The blood glucose control and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The intake of fat and carbohydrates in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the blood glucose index was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%,lower than the control group's 26.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary intervention with low glycemic index during nutritional treatment of diabetes during pregnancy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing.
