摘要
目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果。方法选取48例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组24例。对照组使用硝苯地平控释片治疗,研究组使用拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平、不良妊娠结局及不良情绪。结果治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为0,明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者采用拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,可显著降低患者的血压水平,改善妊娠结局及不良情绪,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods 48 patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets,and the study group was treated with labetalol combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.The level of hypertension,adverse pregnancy outcome and adverse mood were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 0,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of labetalol combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy can significantly reduce the blood pressure level of patients,improve pregnancy outcomes and adverse emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
