摘要
为准确获取水下航行推进系统的水动力性能,掌握水下航行体对推进器水动力的影响,基于计算流体力学的多域网格、滑移网格和混合网格技术,分别对不同转速时单独推进器和水下航行推进系统的推力、扭矩等水动力参数进行数值计算。结果表明,由于水下航行体的耦合作用,单独推进器的最大推进效率为50.79%,而水下航行推进系统的最大推进效率为42%,水下航行推进系统的推力较单独推进器时有所减小,其推力减小量随着螺旋桨转速的增大而增大,推进器工作前后的推力减额分数为20.84%。因此,在对水下航行推进系统的推进器进行选型时应考虑水下航行体对推进器推力的抑制性影响,至少需要增加20.84%的推力裕量。
In order to obtain the hydrodynamic performance of the underwater vehicle and propulsion system,and grasp the effect of the underwater vehicle on the propeller,the hydrodynamic parameters such thrust and torque at different rotational speeds were numerically calculated based on the multi-domain mesh,moving mesh and mixed mesh method.The results show that,due to the influence of underwater vehicle,the maximum propulsion efficiency of the single propeller is 50.79%,while that of the system is 42%.The thrust of system is smaller than that of the single propeller,and the difference value increases with the increase of the rotational speed.The thrust decrement fraction is 20.84%,therefore,when selecting the propeller of underwater vehicle and propulsion system,the inhibitory effect of the underwater vehicle on the propeller should be considered,at least the thrust needs to be increased 20.84%.
