乡村振兴背景下乡村卓越幼儿园教师队伍核心素养的构成与培养策略

摘要 乡村卓越幼儿园教师队伍建设是促进学前教育高质量发展和乡村教育振兴的重要保障。除一般性核心素养外,乡村卓越幼儿园教师还需具备乡土情感素养、地方性知识素养、乡土学前活动设计和实施能力素养。乡村卓越幼儿园教师核心素养的培养策略包括:唤起教育灵魂,强化乡土教育情怀;树立终身学习理念,提高知识素养;优化职前培养体系,助推乡土教学实践能力提升;重视教育行动研究,加强乡村幼儿园教师科研能力;立足乡土视野,增强乡土活动设计与实施能力。 The construction of outstanding preschool teachers in rural areas is an important guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of preschool education and the revitalization of rural education.In addition to general core literacy,rural outstanding preschool teachers also need to have local emotional literacy,local knowledge literacy,and local preschool activity design and implementation ability.The cultivation strategies for the core literacy of outstanding preschool teachers in rural areas include:arousing the soul of education and strengthening the feelings of local education;establishing the concept of lifelong learning and improving knowledge literacy;optimizing the pre-employment training system and promoting the practical ability of local teaching;attaching importance to educational action research and strengthening the scientific research capacity of rural preschool teachers;being based on the local perspective and enhancing the ability to design and implement local activities.
