摘要
对患犬进行临床基础检查、血常规检查、生化指标检查、腹部超声检查,结果发现:患犬腹部触诊时紧张、疼痛反应明显,阴门处有腥臭味脓性分泌物;血小板数和血小板压积稍高,其余指标均正常;血尿素氮稍高,碱性磷酸酶较高,其余指标均正常;患犬腹部超声检查子宫角增大,子宫腔出现低回声,子宫内存在液性暗区;据此诊断该犬患有子宫蓄脓。确定利用常规外科手术方法,通过摘除卵巢和子宫进行手术治疗。患犬术后10d痊愈出院,1个月回访时彻底恢复健康。
The veterinarian conducted a clinical examination,complete blood count(CBC),biochemical indicators,and abdominal ultrasound examination on the affected dog.The results showed that when touching the dog′s abdomen,there was a significant response to tension and pain,with a strong fetid smelling purulent discharge at the vulva;the platelet count was slightly elevated,the platelet volume slightly increased,and the alkaline phosphatase level was significantly higher than normal.Abdominal ultrasound examination showed that the uterine cornua of the dog was enlarged,the uterine cavity had low-echo density,and liquid dark areas were present in the uterus.Based on these findings,the veterinarian diagnosed the dog with a hysteromystitis disease.It was determined to use conventional surgical methods to remove the ovaries and uterus for treatment.The dog recovered and was discharged from hospital 10 days after surgery.A month later,a follow-up visit showed that the dog had completely recovered and was healthy.
