摘要
牛支原体病是由牛支原体引起的牛乳腺炎、关节炎、肺炎、中耳炎和生殖障碍等严重疾病的总称。牛支原体病具有高度的传染性,在大部分养牛国家均有分布,在我国大部分省份流行,抗生素治疗效果不佳且目前没有有效的商业疫苗,给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。本文对牛支原体病的病原学、流行病学、临床特征和诊断方法进行论述,以期为牛支原体病的防控提供参考。
Mycoplasma bovis disease is a general term for a type of diseasecausing by Mycoplasma bovis,including mastitis,arthritis,pneumonia,otitis media and reproductive disorders.It can survive in extreme environment.It has now spread to most,if not all,cattle-rearing countries.It is popular in most provinces in my country,and is highly infectious.In vivo antibiotic treatments are inefficient and no effective commercial vaccine is available.It can cause serious economic losses to the livestock industry.In the review,it describes on pathogenicity,epidemiogy,clinical symptoms,detection method to provide a reference for preventing and controlling the Mycoplasma bovis disease.
