摘要
目的:探讨京万红软膏外用联合红外线理疗在肛瘘术后的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月至2022年11月,本院治疗的100例肛瘘手术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组术后采用京万红软膏外用联合红外线理疗干预,对照组采用常规碘伏纱条换药。观察比较2组疼痛、水肿及创面愈合等情况。结果:观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),水肿和疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组术后复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肛瘘术后采用京万红软膏外用联合红外线理疗治疗,创面愈合快,安全性高,能有效减轻术后水肿及疼痛,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jingwanhong Ointment combined with infrared physio-therapy on postoperative anal fistula.Methods Total 100 patients with postoperative anal fistula treated in our hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of Jingwanhong Ointment combined with infrared physiotherapy,and the control group was treated with routine povidone-iodine gauze dressing change.The pain,edema and wound healing of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of edema and pain were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ex-ternal application of Jingwanhong Ointment combined with infrared physiotherapy for postoperative anal fistula has faster wound healing and higher safety,and can effectively reduce postoperative edema and pain without adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
