摘要
随着新型电力系统建设工作的扎实推进,对新型电力系统内涵的认识在不断深化,我国新型电力系统的演进路径日益清晰。该文在全国新型电力系统路径研究的基础上,结合南方区域新型电力系统建设现状、经济社会发展需求和资源禀赋,研判南方区域新型电力系统建设关键边界条件,进而推演南方区域电力低碳转型路径。通过使用覆盖全时间尺度的电力电量平衡技术实现了对南方区域中长期电力系统运行模拟分析,从能源电力供应保障、供需平衡、电网安全和新能源消纳4个维度分析了南方区域新型电力系统演进路径需要重点关注的问题,为南方区域构建新型电力系统提供参考意见。
With the steady development of new power systems,the understanding of the connotation of the new power systems is gradually deepening.The evolution path of China’s new power systems is increasingly clear.In consideration of the existing evolutionary path of the new power systems in China and the construction status,economic-social demand and resource endowment in Southern China,this paper researches the key boundary conditions of constructing the new power systems in Southern China and the low-carbon transformation path of the power system in Southern China.The whole-timescale power balance technology is proposed to realize the simulation of mid-and long-term power system operation of Southern China.The key issues of the evolution path of the power systems in Southern China are proposed from four dimensions,i.e.energy security,supply and demand balance,power grid security,and renewable energy consumption.This paper can provide important proposals for construction of the new power system in Southern China.
