摘要
在建筑工程施工过程中,工程造价管控是十分重要的一项工作,其能降低工程施工成本,避免资源的浪费,使建筑企业能够实现社会效益和经济利益的最大化。造价审核是工程造价管控的重要手段,能够规范资金的使用,保证工程造价的合理性。文章研究了建筑工程造价审核措施和方法,以期进一步提高建筑工程造价审核工作的水平。
In the construction process of construction projects,cost control is a very important task,which can reduce construction costs,avoid resource waste,and enable construction enterprises to achieve maximum social and economic benefits.Cost audit is an important means of engineering cost control,which can regulate the use of funds and ensure the rationality of engineering costs.The article studies the measures and methods for cost auditing in construction projects,with the aim of further improving the level of cost auditing in construction projects.
