四位一体科创型测绘类研究生培养体系创新与实践

摘要 自然资源高质量发展对科技创新提出前所未有的高要求,对测绘从业人员工程实践和科研创新能力的培养提出新的要求。以山东科技大学测绘科学与技术学科研究生培养模式的创新与改革为例,分析当前测绘类研究生培养模式中存在的问题,提出“思政-课程-平台-团队”四位一体的科创型测绘类研究生人才培养体系,以课程思政为引导,以科研支撑课程创新,以平台支撑实践创新,以团队支撑多方位指导,以求解决目前研究生培养中存在的思政教育、实践与创新能力不足等问题,实现科创型测绘类研究生的人才培养,为新时代测绘行业科创型测绘人才的培养提供可参考的教育改革途径。 The high-quality development of natural resources has put forward unprecedented higher requirements for scientific and technological innovation and new requirements for the engineering practice and the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of surveying and mapping practitioners.Taking the innovation and reform of the postgraduate training model of surveying and mapping science and technology in Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current postgraduate training model of surveying and mapping,and puts forward a scientific and creative postgraduate cultivation system of"ideology-curriculum-platform-team",with curriculum ideology and politics as the guide,scientific research supporting curriculum innovation,platform supporting practice innovation,and team supporting multi-directional guidance.It aims to solve the existing problems of ideological and political education,practice and innovation ability of postgraduate cultivation,realize the talent training of scientific and technological innovation surveying and mapping graduate students,and provide a reference for the training of scientific and creative mapping talents in the new era of surveying and mapping industry.
