摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴、大力发展职业教育的背景下,我国中职教育在职教师资发展方面仍然面临着诸多困境。结合实地调研分析发现,导致职教师资发展困境主要有三方面原因:一是政府政策层面对职教师资引进的保障力度不够;二是中职学校层面缺乏激励性的专业师资管理制度;三是社会文化层面对中职教育的社会认可度不高。解决这些困境,需要发挥政府在师资队伍高质量建设中的牵头保障作用,增强中职学校在师资质量全面提升方面的办学主体责任,加强国家主流媒体对职教发展包括师资发展进行正面文化宣传。
Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and vigorously developing vocational education,China's secondary vocational education still faces some difficulties in the aspect of teachers development.Based on the field investigation and analysis,it is found that there are three main reasons leading to the development dilemma of vocational education teachers.Firstly,the government's policy level is not enough to guarantee enough vocational education teachers.Secondly,the secondary vocational schools haven’t built teachers management system with high vocation attractiveness.Thirdly,the society’vocation identification is relatively low to the secondary vocational education.To solve these issues,it is necessary to promote the roles of local governments to provide enough qualified professional teachers,enhance the running responsibility of secondary schools to the construction of high quality teachers,and strengthen the national mainstream media to carry out positive cultural publicity on the development of vocational education,including the development of teachers.
