摘要
随着我国的工业化进程的进一步加快,化工生产领域的发展就显得越来越重要,大型化工空分技术的应用需求也随之不断增加。现有化工业空分机组工作时噪音大,容易造成噪音污染,同时会对操作者造成健康影响,易发生噪声聋等职业病,且设备整体稳定性一般,受力冲击时各固定连接处容易松动,形成安全隐患。探讨的一种新型空分机组消声装置,为化工空分机组降低噪声污染提供更多技术应用措施选择,有效改善空分机组噪声、振动问题。
With the further acceleration of industrialization in China,the development of chemical production is becoming more and more important,and the application demand of large-scale chemical air separation technology is also increasing.The noise of the air separation unit in the existing chemical industry is large,which is easy to cause noise pollution.Meanwhile,it will cause health impacts on the operators such as noise deafness and other occupational diseases.The overall stability of the equipment is not so good and the impact of the force can easily loosen the fixed connections,posing safety hazards.This paper discusses a new type of noise eliminator for air separation unit which can provide more technical measures for reducing noise pollution and improving noise and vibration problems of chemical separation units effectively.
