紫外分光光度法测定可降解聚酯中聚乙烯醇残留量

Determination of polyvinyl alcohol residue in degradable polyester by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

摘要 利用聚乙烯醇在硼酸介质下与碘生成蓝绿色络合物的性质,采用分光光度法对可降解聚酯中聚乙烯醇残留量进行测定,建立了可降解聚酯中聚乙烯醇残留量的检测方法。采用超声对可降解聚酯样品进行处理20 min,检测波长为650 nm,显色剂溶液中碘化钾与碘的质量比为5,聚乙烯醇的质量浓度在0.02024~0.1214 mg/mL范围内与650 nm波长处的吸光度线性关系良好,线性回归方程为y=4.2876x-0.0092,相关系数为0.9993,检出限为0.8μg/mL。显色后溶液在8 h保持稳定,样品加标回收率为93.82%~101.09%,平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.95%(n=6)。该方法仪器简单,易于操作,测定结果准确。 Based on the properties of blue-green complex formed by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and iodine in boric acid medium,the residual amount of polyvinyl alcohol in degradable polyester was determined by spectrophotometry,and the detection method of residual amount of polyvinyl alcohol in degradable polyester was established.Ultrasound was used to treat degradable polyester samples for 20 minutes,with a detection wavelength of 650 nm,and the mass ratio of potassium iodide to iodine in the color reagent solution was 5,the mass concentration of PVA had a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.02024-0.1214 mg/mL,the linear regression equation was y=4.2876x-0.0092,the correlation coefficient was 0.9993,and the detection limit was 0.8μg/mL.The solution was stable within 8 hours.The recovery of the samples was between 93.82%and 101.09%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.95%(n=6).The method has simple instruments,easy to operate and accurate results.
