摘要
页岩气是一种自生自储的非常规天然气资源,钻探过程中常采用水平井穿越页岩气储集“箱体”的方式完成。泸州区块紧邻威远区块,勘探开发程度相较于渝西区块高,且该区块优质页岩分布面积大,是5~10年页岩气开发的主力区块。泸州页岩气区块,页岩储层厚、储层条件好、地层压力高,页岩气商业开发前景巨大。系统研究泸州区块页岩气钻井“深、高、漏、垮(卡)、溢、杂”六大钻井工程难点,针对性提出故障复杂预防措施。
Shale gas is a kind of unconventional natural gas resource which is self-generated and self-stored.In the drilling process,horizontal wells are often used to pass through the shale gas storage box.Luzhou block is adjacent to Weiyuan block,and its exploration and development degree is higher than that of western Chongqing block.Moreover,this block has a large distribution area of high-quality shale,which is the main block for shale gas development in 5-10 years.Luzhou shale gas block,with thick shale reservoir,good reservoir conditions and high formation pressure,has great prospects for commercial development of shale gas.This paper systematically studies drilling engineering difficulties of shale gas in Luzhou block from six aspects including“deep,high,leakage,collapse(stuck),overflow and miscellaneous”,and puts forward preventive measures for complex faults.
