摘要
电极挤压生产时,炭素挤压机各个热工作部件(压头、料室、型嘴)都需要保证在一个合适的、精确的温度范围内,才能保证挤压电极产品的质量。新型加热控温技术采用每一个热工作部件都对应一套独立的导热油装置,每个导热油装置都包括油箱、油泵、加热装置、检测装置等,通过调整控制导热油的温度来控制各个热工作部件的温度。每一个加热零部件上安装热电偶,用于检测零部件温度,每一套独立的导热油装置都与挤压机主机PLC相连。该导热油系统优点是温控精确、节约能耗、易于维护。
During the production of electrode extrusion,each hot working part(indenter,material chamber,nozzle)of the carbon extruder needs to be guaranteed in a suitable and accurate temperature range to ensure the quality of the extruded electrode product.The new heating and temperature control technology adopts a set of independent heat transfer oil devices corresponding to each hot working part,and each heat conduction oil device includes an oil tank,an oil pump,a heating device,a detection device,etc.,and controls the temperature of each hot working part by adjusting and controlling the temperature of the heat transfer oil.Thermocouples are installed on each heating part to detect the temperature of the parts,and each set of independent heat transfer oil devices is connected to the PLC of the main machine of the extruder.The advantages of this heat transfer oil system are precise temperature control,energy saving,and easy maintenance.
