基于CiteSpace对近十年镉中毒研究文献的可视化分析

摘要 目的:基于CiteSpace软件对镉中毒的研究热点与趋势进行可视化分析,为该领域未来发展和变化提供依据。方法:于2023年7月1日,检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库发表于2013年1月至2023年7月镉中毒相关的文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4对文献发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析,WPS Office 11.1.0对文献进行整理。结果:经筛选共纳入314篇相关文献,发文量呈波动性下降趋势,研究作者大概形成9个团队,研究机构多为疾病预防控制中心、职业病防治院、高校公共卫生学院,研究物质对镉中毒的保护作用、探索新型治理治疗方法成为该领域近几年的研究热点。结论:镉对肝、肾的毒作用损害是目前镉中毒的研究热点,研究药物、金属、益生菌等对镉中毒的解毒效果和作用机理成为发展趋势。镉对损害胎盘功能和胎儿发育的机制尚不清楚,具有较好发展前景,值得进一步探索。 Objective:To visualize and analyze the research hotspots and trends of cadmium poisoning based on CiteSpace and to provide a basis for future development and changes in this field.Methods:On July 12023 kinds of literature related to cadmium poisoning published in the CNKI database from January 2013 to July 2023 were searched and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 was used to visualize and analyze the literature postings,authors,institutions and keywords and WPS Office 11.1.0 was used to organize the literature.Results:A total of 314 pieces of relevant literature were included after the screening and the number of articles issued showed a fluctuating downward trend.The authors formed about 9 teams and the research institutions were mostly Disease Prevention and Control Centers,Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospitals and Public Health Schools of Universities.The research on the protective effect of substances on cadmium poisoning and the exploration of new treatment methods have become a research hotspot in this field in recent years.Conclusion:The toxic effect of cadmium on the liver and kidney is the current research hotspot of cadmium poisoning,and the study of the detoxification effect and mechanism of action of drugs metals and probiotics on cadmium poisoning has become the development trend.The mechanism of cadmium damage to placental function and fetal development is still unclear which has a good development prospect and is worthy of further exploration.
