摘要
2-甲萘醌合成存在成本高、废水处理量大、选择性低、产品分离困难等问题,根据2-甲萘醌性质,以浓硫酸(98%)为催化剂、2-甲基萘与过氧化氢为反应原料、乙酸为溶剂,确定2-甲萘醌合成最佳条件为:以浓硫酸为催化剂、催化剂用量为1.5%、氧化剂为过氧化氢、n(过氧化氢):n(二甲萘)=1.8、反应时间5 h、反应温度60℃。浓硫酸做催化剂先将溶剂乙酸催化氧化成过氧乙酸,过氧乙酸将甲基萘初步氧化,然后通过双氧水缓慢氧化成2-甲萘醌。通过该工艺实现2-甲基萘的转化率46.37%、2-甲萘醌收率39.45%、选择性90.34%。
The synthesis of 2-menadione faces challenges such as high cost,a large wastewater treatment capacity,low selectivity,and difficulty in product separation.Considering the properties of 2-menadione,concentrated sulfuric acid(98%)was chosen as the catalyst,2-methylnaphthalene as the reaction raw material,and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidizer,with acetic acid as the solvent.The optimal conditions for synthesizing 2-menadione were determined as follows:concentrated sulfuric acid was used as the catalyst with a dosage of 1.5%,hydrogen peroxide was used as the oxidizer at a molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to 2-methylnaphthalene of 1.8,the reaction time was set at 5 hours,and the reaction temperature was maintained at 60℃.Concentrated sulfuric acid functioned as the catalyst to facilitate the conversion of acetic acid into peracetic acid.This intermediate compound initially oxidized methyl naphthalene,subsequently transforming into 2-menadione through a gradual oxidation process using hydrogen peroxide.The conversion rate of 2-methylnaphthalene reached 46.37%,yielding a 39.45%output of 2-menadione with a selectivity of 90.34%.
