摘要
2023年9月20日,习近平总书记在参观“枫桥经验”陈列馆时指出:“要坚持好、发展好新时代‘枫桥经验’,坚持党的群众路线,正确处理人民内部矛盾,紧紧依靠人民群众,把问题解决在基层、化解在萌芽状态。”“枫桥经验”产生于20世纪60年代初浙江省诸暨县(现诸暨市)枫桥镇,经过60多年的不断创新与发展,如今已成为中国社会治理领域的典范和生动实践。新时代“枫桥经验”展现了始终坚持党的领导、坚持和贯彻党的群众路线、以人民为中心、注重调解、司法为民、重在“治未病”等中国特色社会主义社会治理特征。坚持好、发展好新时代的“枫桥经验”在促进社会治理创新、提升社会治理效能等方面具有重要意义。它不仅能够为推进中国式社会治理现代化作出新的贡献,还能为全球社会治理的现代化提供中国的宝贵经验。本期遴选了三位在理论与实务界深度参与社会治理的专家的文章,深度探讨坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”与社会治理,以飨读者。
During his visit to the "Fengqiao Experience" exhibition hall on September 20,2023,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,emphasized that to uphold and develop the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era,we must implement the Party's mass line,correctly handle contradictions among the people,rely closely on the people,and promptly solve problems at the grassroots level and nip them in the bud.The "Fengqiao Experience" originated in Fengqiao Town,Zhuji County,Zhejiang Province(now Zhuji City) in the early 1960s.After over 60 years of continuous innovation and development,the "Fengqiao Experience" has become a model and vivid practice of social governance in China.The "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era exemplifies the key features of social governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics,including upholding the Party's leadership,implementing the Party's mass line,pursuing a people-centered approach,emphasizing mediation and judicial power serving the people,and grasping the front end,curing the disease.Upholding and developing the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era is of great significance in fostering innovation in social governance and enhancing the effectiveness of social governance.It can not only advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for social governance but also offer significant experience for the modernization of global social governance.
