摘要
为使有限元分析在盾构机拖车结构设计中得到合理应用,讨论了单元类型、建模方案、实际搭载设备刚度和边界条件简化等因素对有限元应用合理性的影响。通过研究得出,在方案设计阶段,为平衡计算效率和准确度,建议选用梁、壳混合单元建模计算;在同一模型中评估拖车结构接头处应力和变形时,建议对拖车使用全壳单元模型;需评估大型设备刚度对拖车结构的影响,避免出现过度设计;使用斜轮对时,需合理模拟斜轮对结构与隧道管片之间的摩擦接触关系。
In order to make the application of FEA rational in shield gantry structural design,deeply studies are carried out on element types,modeling schemes,mounted equipments and boundary conditions to explore their effects on the FEA through ANSYS.Following conclusions are made through these studies.In the gantry concept design process,finite element models mixed with shell and beam elements are suggested in order to balance the efficiency and accuracy.When the joint stress and deformation are evaluated simultaneously in the same one model,the gantry joint model with only shell elements are suggested.The stiffness of large size equipment should be evaluated to recognize its effect on the gantry in order to avoid overdesign.In the case of leaning wheel sets are equipped.The frictional constraint between wheel set and tunnel segment should be modeled properly.
