火工驱动开盖装置研究

摘要 针对预置武器开盖发射采用传统电机驱动开盖技术响应慢的缺点,设计了一种火工驱动开盖装置,对其装药结构进行了设计及校核,并开展了开盖过程的动力学仿真及试验研究。结果表明:火工驱动开盖装置可快速打开发射筒盖,输出推力为20000 N,动作时间小于1 s,动力学仿真预示了筒盖展开过程,与试验结果一致。该开盖系统输出推力大,动作速度快,可实现装备的预先锁定与快速开舱功能。 Aiming at the shortcomings of slow response of traditional motor-driven cap-opening technology for preset weapon cap-opening and firing,a pyrotechnically driven cap-opening device is designed,its charging structure is designed and verified,and the power of the cap-opening process is developed.It proposes the simulation and experimental research.The results show that the pyrotechnically driven cover opening device can quickly open the launch tube cover,the output thrust is 20000 N,and the action time is less than 1 s.The dynamics simulation predicts the barrel cover expansion process,which is consistent with the test results.The cover opening system has a large output thrust and fast action speed,and can realize the pre-locking and rapid opening functions of the equipment.
