摘要
为筛选适宜新疆塔额盆地种植的高产优质抗根腐病的甜菜品种,2022年在新疆兵团第九师农业科学研究所团结农场试验基地,以10个引种及1个对照品种(BETA6990)为试验材料,通过灰色关联度分析、主成分分析和相关分析法对甜菜的根腐病和根产量、含糖率、产糖量4个指标进行综合评价。结果表明,甜菜的根产量与产糖量呈现极显著正相关(0.990 3^(**)),但与根腐病呈现极显著负相关(-0.932 5^(**)),主成分分析表明,前两个主成分累积贡献率97.921 3%,能够完整地反映甜菜综合评价的主要信息。第一主成分载荷值较高的为产量和含糖量,第二主成分载荷值较高的为含糖率,方程表达式为F1=-0.349 8根腐病发病率+0.375 0根产量-0.178 4含糖率+0.336 0产糖量,F2=0.060 5根腐病发病率-0.128 2根产量+1.035 0含糖率+0.131 3产糖量。塔额盆地甜菜参试品种综合排名表明,最适宜塔额盆地种植的甜菜品种为KWS5599,其次为BETA468,这两个品种都具有产量高、根腐病发病率低的优点。
In order to screen high-yield and high-quality root rot resistant sugar beet varieties suitable for planting in Ta'e Basin,Xinjiang.In 2022,10 introduced seeds and one control variety(BETA6990)were used as test materials in the Unity Farm Experimental Base of the Institute of Agricultural Sciences of the Ninth Division of the Xinjiang Corps to comprehensively evaluate the root rot and root yield,sugar content and sugar yield of sugar beet by gray correlation analysis,principal component analysis and correlation analysis.The results shouwed that the root yield and sugar yield of sugar beet were positively correlated(0.9903^(**)),but negatively correlated with root rot(-0.9325^(**)),and the principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components was 97.9213%,which could fully reflect the main information of the comprehensive evaluation of sugar beet.The first principal component load value was higher yield and sugar content,the second principal component load value was higher for sugar content,the equation expression was:F 1=-0.3498 root rot+0.3750 root yield-0.1784 sugar content+0.3360 sugar yield,F 2=0.0605 root rot-0.1282 root yield+1.0350 sugar content+0.1313 sugar yield.The experimental results showed that the most suitable varieties for planting in the Taege Basin was KWS5599,followed by BETA468,and both varieties have the advantages of high yield and low disease rate.
