摘要 三维膨胀监测分析系统改善了传统机械式膨胀指示器需要人工监测记录所带来的劳动量大、难以形成连续记录的痛点,通过即时采集、记录、分析各被测部件膨胀数值,对比设计值及历史相似工况的膨胀值进行预警,分析及改善操作策略,减少和有效避免因膨胀异常而导致的衍生问题,实现远程监测和自动化数据记录,降低了运行监视的工作强度。研究了一种膨胀数据分析方法,挖掘锅炉膨胀数据潜在价值。 The three-dimensional expansion monitoring and analysis system has improved the pain points caused by manual monitoring and recording of traditional mechanical expansion indicators,which are labor-intensive and difficult to form continuous records.By collecting,recording,and analyzing the expansion values of each tested component in real-time,comparing the design values and historical similar operating conditions for early warning,analyzing and improving operational strategies,and reducing and effectively avoiding derivative problems caused by abnormal expansion,Implementing remote monitoring and automated data recording reduces the workload of operational monitoring.This article studies a method for analyzing expansion data to explore the potential value of boiler expansion data.
