摘要
目的调查老年脑卒中患者疾病不确定感现状并分析其影响因素。方法运用便利抽样法,选取2016年7月至2017年12月在成都医学院第一附属医院神经内科住院的208例老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,并对其进行了一般情况调查和疾病不确定感的评估。结果老年脑卒中患者的疾病不确定感总分为(90.79±14.60)分,其中88.5%处于中、高等水平,不确定性维度得分最高;根据多元线性回归分析结果显示,老年脑卒中患者的疾病不确定感受居住地和感知疾病严重程度的影响。结论医护人员应加强关注居住在农村、对疾病严重程度有高度感知的老年脑卒中患者,根据不同地域人群特征,实施适当的心理引导和干预,以降低患者的疾病不确定感,改善其生活质量,并提高其健康水平。
Objective To investigate the uncertainty in illness in elderly stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 208 elderly stroke inpatients in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire and Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)were used for the investigation.Results The total score of uncertainty in illness in elderly stroke patients was(90.79±14.60),of which 88.5%was at the medium or high level,and the dimension of uncertainty scored the highest.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that disease uncertainty in elderly stroke patients was influenced by place of residence and perceived disease severity.Conclusion Medical staff should pay more attention to elderly stroke inpatients who live in rural areas and have a high perception of the severity of the disease.Appropriate psychological guidance and intervention should be implemented according to the characteristics of patients from different regions,so as to reduce their disease uncertainty,improve their quality of life,and promote their health.
