摘要
目的:探讨微创手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月贵阳市花溪区人民医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予微创手术治疗,对照组给予常规手术治疗。观察两组临床疗效、血常规指标、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);治疗后,观察组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);治疗后,观察组生理机能、社会功能、躯体疼痛评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:微创手术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果较好,可降低并发症发生率,改善血常规指标,减轻炎性反应,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery for acute appendicitis.Methods:100 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Guiyang Huaxi District People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases each.The observation group was given minimally invasive surgery,and the control group was given conventional surgical operation.The clinical efficacy,rou⁃tine blood parameters,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared between two groups.Results:the total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P=0.014);after operation,the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage level of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complica⁃tions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);after treatment,the physiological function of the observation group,social function and somatic pain scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Minimal⁃ly invasive surgery is more effective in treating acute appendicitis,which can reduce the complication rate and the inflammatory reaction,and improve the routine blood parameters and their quality of life.
