摘要
目的探讨互联网+医养结合下心理干预模式的可行性及效果。方法择取2022年1~12月本地区居家养老老年人共150例纳入研究,依照计算机随机分组的模式分为对照组(常规指导)和干预组(互联网+医养结合心理干预),每组75例。比较2组不良情绪、孤独感、满意度评分。结果干预前,2组广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)、UCLA孤独感量表简版(ULS-8)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,干预组GAD-7、PHQ-9、ULS-8评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SWLS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年人人群采取互联网+医养结合下心理干预模式切实可行,能够明显改善不良情绪,排解生活孤独感,保证较高的服务满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of psychological intervention based on the combination of Internet and medical care.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 150 elderly with home-based care in the local were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group(75 cases,routine guidance)and the intervention group(75 cases,Internet+medical care combined with psychological intervention)according to the computeRrandom group.The scores of adverse emotions,loneliness,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),the UCLA Loneliness Scale(ULS-8)and the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS)(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of GAD-7,PHQ-9 and ULS-8 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SWLS score was significantly higher (all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the combination of Internet and medical care is feasible to the elderly population,which can significantly improve bad emotions,relieve loneliness in life and ensure high service satisfaction.It is worthy of adoption.
