摘要 为提高阵列扫描范围,提出了一款基于梯度相位天线(gradient phase antenna, GPA)的大功率2维扫描相控阵。梯度相位天线包含两个辐射相位中心,且两中心间的相位梯度可随阵因子扫描而变化,使梯度相位天线单元波束指向跟随阵因子指向,由此可抑制阵因子栅瓣引起的副瓣,提高了阵列的扫描范围。设计中,梯度相位天线单元的波束偏转通过无源馈电网络实现,无须添加开关或控制网络,保证了天线阵列的效率和高功率性能。采用该方法,设计、加工并测量了一款阵元间距为0.93λ×0.82λ的2维天线阵列。仿真和实测结果表明,阵列可实现(±20°)×(±25°)范围内的波束扫描,副瓣电平低于-10 dB。天线的大功率测试结果表明,阵列单通道功率容量可达10 kW,全阵列的功率容量可达640 kW。 A high power 2D scanning phased array antenna composed of gradient phase antennas(GPAs)is proposed to improve the array scanning range.The GPA consists of two phase centers,and the phase gradient between the two centers change with the scanning angle of the array factor,so that the beam direction of the GPA unit follows the direction of the array factor,which can suppress the side lobes caused by the grating lobes of the array factor and improve the scanning range of the array.Beam variation of the GPA is accomplished through a passive feeding network without extra switches or control networks,ensuring the efficiency and high power performance of the antenna array.A uniform 8×8 array with spacing of 0.93λ×0.82λis designed,fabricated and measured.The simulated and measured results show that a scanning range of(±20°)×(±25°)with side lobe level(SLL)lower than-10 dB is realized.Meanwhile,the power capacity of 10 kW for single element is achieved,while the power capacity of the entire array is 640 kW.
