摘要
目的:分析心理护理干预对肠镜检查前聚乙二醇电解质散服用患者的焦虑情况、睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年4月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的接受肠镜检查的服用聚乙二醇电解质散100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予心理护理干预,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑状态的改善效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对服用聚乙二醇电解质散后接受肠镜检查的患者开展心理护理干预,有助于改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量及护理满意度,具有一定推广应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the impact of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction of patients who take polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent colonoscopy at Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50) and a control group(n=50) using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) was used to compare the improvement effect of anxiety status between the two groups before and after intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMA score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing colonoscopy after taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can help improve their anxiety,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction,and has certain promotion and application value.
