摘要
作为一项重要的政治议程,数字空间治理受国家社会实践影响,既有研究多借助对微观现象的分析加深人们的表层认知,难以廓清数字空间治理的本质。揭示中国式数字空间治理的主题,应回归对“数字空间”的关注,追寻其赖以发生的三大现实张力。基于此,中国式数字空间治理应构建复杂现代性观念治理的核心价值逻辑,形成以中国式现代化思想为基本价值起点、以世界经验为实践方法落点的数字空间治理生态体系,承担起推动中国式现代化高质量发展的重要保障职能。
As an important political agenda,cyberspace governance is influenced by national social practices.Currently,relevant research often relies on micro phenomena to deepen surface understanding,making it difficult to truly understand the essence of cyberspace governance.Revealing the theme of Chinese style cyberspace governance should return to "problem consciousness",return to the focus on " cyberspace ",and pursue the three major practical tensions that it relies on.Based on this,Chinese style cyberspace governance should build the core value logic of complex modernity concept governance,gradually form a commanding cyberspace governance ecosystem with the Chinese path to modernization thought as the basic value starting point and the world experience as the practice method,and assume the important guarantee function of promoting the high-quality development of Chinese path to modernization.
