摘要
目的探讨肌骨超声(MSUS)引导下高渗葡萄糖增生疗法治疗产后腰背痛的疗效及安全性。方法按照随机数字表法将2022年1月—2022年12月武义县第一人民医院收治的60例产后腰背痛患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规康复治疗(2次/d,共3周),观察组给予MSUS引导下高渗葡萄糖增生疗法(1次/周,共3次)。比较两组的临床疗效、中文版全球疼痛量表(GPS)评分、简式中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(SCODI)、腰部活动度(ROM)及并发症。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(86.67%vs.63.33%)明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=10.368,P<0.05);观察组的GPS评分[(96.45±10.35)分vs.(112.83±13.71)分]及SCODI评分[(30.66±2.17)分vs.(36.50±3.86)分]均明显低于对照组(t=6.903、5.472,均P<0.05);观察组的腰部前屈[(69.20±5.17)°vs.(61.34±4.22)°]、后屈[(37.58±5.60)°vs.(31.24±3.36)°]、左旋[(36.54±5.36)°vs.(32.19±3.20)°]、右旋[(38.57±6.34)°vs.(32.47±3.60)°]ROM均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重并发症发生。结论MSUS引导下高渗葡萄糖增生疗法治疗产后腰背痛的疗效显著,能有效缓解腰背部疼痛,改善腰背功能障碍,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of hypertonic glucose hyperplasia guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSUS)in the treatment of postpartum low back pain.Methods According to random number table method,60 patients with postpartum low back pain who were divided into control group and observation group in Wuyi county first people's from January 2022 to December 2022,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy(twice a day for 4 weeks),and the observation group was given MSUS guided hypertonic glucose hyperplasia therapy(once a week for 4 weeks).The clinical efficacy,chinese version of global pain scale(GPS)score,simplified chinese Oswestry disability index score(SCODI),waist range of motion(ROM)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(86.67%vs.63.33%)in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=10.368,P<0.05).The GPS score[(96.45±10.35)points vs.(112.83±13.71)points]and SCODI score[(30.66±2.17)points vs.(36.50±3.86)points]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=6.903,5.472,all P<0.05).The waist ROM of anteflexion[(69.20±5.17)°vs.(61.34±4.22)°],retroflexion[(37.58±5.60)°vs.(31.24±3.36)°],levorotatory[(36.54±5.36)°vs.(32.19+3.20)°],right hand[(38.57±6.34)°vs.(32.47±3.60)°]in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MSUS guided hypertonic glucose hyperplasia therapy had significant curative effect in the treatment of postpartum low back pain,
