摘要
自我追寻,是个体不断对自己心理状态与行为方式进行洞察、理解并行动的过程。当代大学生的自我追寻既是一种主观建构又是一种现实建构,而这种建构在依赖个体认知深入的同时又与社会变迁密切相关。当下相当多大学生对自我的内发思考受到牵制,自我追寻的茫然状态令人担忧。学生缺乏有力的精神支撑,在自我追寻的过程中信念不坚定;缺乏稳定的心理倾向,在自我追寻的过程中行为结果评价不客观;缺乏合宜的竞争状态,在自我追寻的过程中生存路径选择不理性。面对以上种种困囿,高校应辅以有效匡助,引人生成信仰从而激发其自我觉醒,促人沉淀德性从而调动其自我肯定,助人寻求中庸从而实现其自我整全。
Self-pursuit is the process by which individuals constantly perceive,understand and act on their mental state and behavior.The self-pursuit of contemporary college students is both a sub⁃jective and a realistic construction,which is closely related to social change while relying on the depth of individual cognition.Nowadays,a considerable number of college students are pinned down on their own internal thinking,and the ambiguity of self-pursuit is worrisome.Students are lack of strong spiritual support,and the process of self-pursuit faith is not firm.They also are lack of stable psychological tendency,and the process of self-pursuit behavior results evaluation is not objective.Lack of proper competition,they are irrational in the process of self-pursuit of survival path selection.Facing the above kinds of dilemmas,colleges and universities should be supplement⁃ed by effective help to inspire self-awakening by generating faith,promote people to precipitate mo⁃rality and thus mobilize self-affirmation,help people to seek mediocrity and thus achieve self-integri⁃ty.
