柯柯牙精神是中国共产党领导阿克苏人民在长期植树造林、绿化祖国的实践中形成的,是中华优秀传统文化、革命文化的重要组成部分,内涵丰富,思想深刻。在新时代征程上,“自力更生、团结奋进、艰苦创业、无私奉献”的柯柯牙精神有重要的时代价值,它是新时代新疆铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进“文化润疆”的精神动力,是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,推进南疆地区乡村振兴的精神力量,是弘扬“绿水青山就是金山银山”生态理论的典范。
