摘要
随着我国经济发展由高速增长转变为质量优先的新阶段,装备制造企业正在推进“高质量发展”进程。装备制造企业高质量发展的影响因素识别,对帮助其实施高质量发展转型具有重要作用,目前已引起学术界和实践界的广泛关注。通过对343篇文献资料的扎根理论研究,构建了装备制造企业高质量发展的概念模型,并对模型和影响因素进行具体阐释。研究结果表明:装备制造企业高质量发展的影响因素主要有外部环境、研发创新、资源禀赋、战略规划四个维度,且各维度间的紧密作用可以助推装备制造企业的高质量发展。研究结果丰富了装备制造企业高质量发展的相关理论,为加快推动我国装备制造企业高质量发展进程提供理论依据。
With the transformation of China's economic development from high-speed growth to a new stage of quality priority,equipment manufacturing enterprises are promoting the process of"high-quality development".The identification of influencing factors for the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises plays an important role in helping them implement high-quality development and transformation,and has attracted extensive attention from academia and practice.Through the grounded theoretical research of 343 literatures,a conceptual model of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the model and influencing factors are specifically explained.The results show that the influencing factors of the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises mainly include four dimensions:External environment,R&D innovation,resource endowment,and strategic planning,and the close effect between each dimension can promote the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The research results enrich the relevant theories of the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and provide a certain theoretical basis for accelerating the high-quality development process of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.
