摘要
高职院校推进“大思政课”协同育人建设,是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,是提高思政教育工作水平的重要途径,是促进高职学生全面发展的应然之举。当前,高职院校“大思政课”协同育人主要存在着协同育人的理念共识暂未普遍形成、协同育人的各方主体未能广泛调动、协同育人的丰富资源尚未有效整合、协同育人的评价体系还未全面建立等现实问题,可以通过树立有机互融协同理念、打造多元互动协同队伍、搭建共建共享协同平台、完善互促互评评价机制等策略推进高职院校“大思政课”建设,从而更好提升高职院校思想政治理论课水平和整体育人成效。
The promotion of collaborative education construction of“Great Ideological and Political Course”in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,an important way to improve the level of ideological and political education work,and an inevitable move to promote the all-round development of higher vocational students.At present,there are some practical problems in the collaborative education of“Great Ideological and Political Course”in higher vocational colleges,such as the idea consensus of collaborative education has not been generally formed;the various subjects of collaborative education have not been widely mobilized;the rich resources of collaborative education have not been effectively integrated;and the evaluation system of collaborative education has not been fully established.We can promote the construction of“Great Ideological and Political Course”in higher vocational colleges by establishing the concept of organic mutual integration and coordination,creating multiple interactive collaborative teams,building a co-construction and sharing collaborative platform,and improving the mutual promotion and evaluation mechanism,so as to better improve the level of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges and the overall education effect.
