摘要
阴阳气机升降出入为生命活动的基本形式,脏腑为人体气机升降运动的核心,气机升降失调为百病之源,燮理阴阳气机升降是治疗疾病的纲要,高树中教授基于对《黄帝内经》《难经》等经典旨意的把握,结合阴阳气机升降理论、通关理论、气街四海理论提出通关调气法,包括通颈关法、通膈(膏)关法、通脐(肓)关法,并提出通关调气组穴,即通关七穴十针,临床上常用于治疗阴阳气机升降失常所导致的病症,可畅达三焦、通调气街四海,使脏腑气机循环流通,生命之气周流不息。
The ascending,descending,going out and coming in movement of yin and yang qi is the basic form of life activities,the viscera is the core of the ascending and descending movement of human qi,the imbalance of the ascending and descending movement of qi is the source of all diseases,and the promotion of the ascending and descending movement of yin and yang qi is the principle of the treatment of diseases.Professor GAO Shuzhong,based on the grasp of classic purports such as Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing,combined with the theory of the ascending and descending movement of yin and yang qi,the theory of dredging passes,the theory of qi streets,and the theory of four seas,proposed the methods of dredging passes to regulate qi,including the method of dredging the neck pass,the method of dredging the diaphragm(Gao)pass,the method of dredging the umbilical cord(Huang)passes,and the method of putting forward the group of acupoints for dredging passes and regulating qi,that is,seven acupoints and ten needles for dredging passes,are commonly used in clinical treatment of diseases caused by the abnormal ascending and descending of yin and yang qi movement,which can dredge the triple-Jiao,regulate the pathway of qi and four seas,make qi movement of the Zang-Fu organs circulate,and make the qi of life flow continuously.
