摘要
目的:厘清彝族医药文化的研究概况,分析存在的问题,评估相关研究发展态势,为彝族医药文化的可持续发展和相关研究提供参考。方法:通过文献计量分析方法,了解彝族传统医药文化研究脉络、热点及存在的问题。结果:彝族医药文化研究整体呈增长趋势。彝医药的医理、彝医药中的常用方法、所用的药物、毕摩苏尼,以及对于彝族医药的保护和开发应用等是主要研究内容。尽管相关研究主要集中在西南三省,但各研究单位之间联系较少,研究内容也较零散,尚不成体系。自2016年以后各领域间的联系逐渐增多,研究范畴也在向多方向发展,但针对彝族医药文化的研究不系统,缺乏可持续、成体系的保护措施是阻碍彝族医药可持续发展的关键问题;研究机构之间的合作较弱、人才培养不足、理论与实践脱节、科研转化弱和优势发挥不足也是限制因素。结论:系统解决上述问题,方能在保护和发展的前提下,实现充分挖掘整理彝族医药知识和技术并加以总结和利用的目的。
Objective:Clarify the research overview of Yi ethnic medicine culture,analyze existing problems,evaluate the development trend of related research,and provide reference for the sustainable development of Yi ethnic medicine culture and related research.Methods:The bibliometric analysis was used to understand the trajectory,hot spots and problems of Yi traditional medicine culture.Results:The Yi medical culture researches are increasing as a whole,in which the medical theory,common methods,medicines,Bimo and Suni,as well as the protection,development and application are the main contents of this field.The relevant studies are mainly located in the three provinces of Southwest China,there are few connections among research institutions and researchers.Crucially,the research content is scattered and not systematic.Since 2016,the links among various fields have gradually increased,and the research range has also been developing in multiple directions.However,the lack of systematic research,sustainable and systematic protection measures are the key issues on Yi medical culture.Meanwhile,less co-operation among institutions,insufficient talent training,theory out of practice,weak transformation of scientific research and utilization are also limiting factors.Conclusion:It is the effective way to explore the Yi medical knowledge and technology,as well as protect and develop by systematically solving the problems that mentioned above.
