摘要
采用固相微萃取法(SPME)-气相色谱-质谱-嗅辨联用仪(GC-O-MS)分析方法对再生聚丙烯(PP)原料及其经过共混改性的材料进行了气味溯源。实验发现,引起再生PP异味的主要原因是其较高含量的酮类、酚类和胺类物质等。经过90℃、8 h以上的高温烘烤后,再生PP异味物质含量明显下降,气味可由PV39005.5级上升至3.5级。对经过烘烤的再生料进行共混改性后发现,当其再生料质量分数低于30%时,酮类、酚类和胺类物质的质量分数分别为18.6μg/kg、90.4μg/kg和27.1μg/kg;满足气味标准交付要求(3.5级),可在改性配方中正常使用。
The odor tracing of recycled polypropylene(PP)raw materials and their blended modified materials was carried out using solid phase micro-extraction(SPME)-gas chromatography-olfactometry-mass spectrometry(GC-O-MS)analysis method.It is found that the main reason for the odor of recycled PP is its high content of ketones,phenols,and amines,etc.After high-temperature baking at 90℃after 8 hours or more,the smelly substances of recycled PP significantly decreases,and the odor level can rise from level 5.5 to level 3.5 by using method PV3900.After blending the roasted recycled PP with other materials,it is found that when the mass content of the recycled PP is less than 30%,the contents of ketones,phenols,and amines are 18.6μg/kg,90.4μg/kg,and 27.1μg/kg,respectively,which can meet the odor standard delivery requirement of level 3.5 and can be used normally in the modified formula.
