摘要
在中国式现代化新征程中,我国特殊教育面临着从传统特教向新特教的转型。新特教以推进中国式现代化为根本任务和价值论特征,以建立综合交叉的学科知识体系为本体论特征,以经验主义的新建构为基本方法论特征。发展新特教,要牢固树立以人民为中心的价值观念,采取融通创新的战略,运用政府和社会双轮驱动的方式,着力开展个性化、探究型教育,重视团队化协同合作,强化特殊师范教育高质量发展。
On the new journey of Chinese path to modernization,China’s special education faces the transformation from traditional special education to new special education.The new special education takes the Chinese path to modernization as its fundamental task and axiological feature,the establishment of an integrated interdisciplinary knowledge system as its ontological feature,and the new construction of empiricism as its basic methodological feature.To develop the new special education,it should firmly establish the people-centered values,adopt the strategy of integration and innovation,make use of the two wheel drive of the government and the society to carry out individualized and inquiring education,emphasis on teamwork and cooperation,and strengthen the high-quality development of special normal education.
