摘要
钢铁工业是高CO_(2)排放产业,在“双碳”目标战略背景下,中国钢铁工业必须走低碳化发展道路。中国钢铁工业的低碳发展方向是:流程结构上提高电炉短流程比例,能源结构上推动“碳冶金”向“氢冶金”转变。当前新型的“以氢代碳”氢冶金技术受到国内外广泛关注。主要综述了国内外氢冶金的发展现状以及主要技术,有富氢还原技术、电-氢协同还原技术和纯氢还原技术,并从“碳-电-氢”的三元关系角度审视炼铁能源结构,提出一种“微波-氢气”协同还原新方法;探讨了发展氢冶金亟需解决的关键技术问题,主要有低成本制绿氢技术、煤气重整技术和煤气加热技术,其中低成本制绿氢技术和煤气加热技术是发展纯氢还原技术的关键,煤气重整技术则是发展富氢还原技术的关键。最后对未来中国钢铁行业氢冶金的发展做出展望,从远景规划来看,煤制气-竖炉还原是中国氢冶金发展的重要方向。
Steel industry is a high CO_(2) emission industry.Under the background of“double carbon”target strategy,China′s steel industry must take a low-carbon development path.The low-carbon development direction of China′s steel industry is to increase the proportion of electric furnace short process in the process structure,and promote the transformation from“carbon metallurgy”to“hydrogen metallurgy”in the energy structure.At present,the new hydrogen metallurgical technology of“replacing carbon with hydrogen”has attracted wide attention at home and abroad.The current development status and main technologies of hydrogen metallurgy at home and abroad,including hydrogen rich reduction technology,electro hydrogen synergistic reduction technology,and pure hydrogen reduction technology were reviewed.From the perspective of the ternary relationship of carbon electricity hydrogen,a new method of“microwave hydrogen”synergistic reduction was proposed to examine the energy structure of ironmaking.The key technical issues that urgently need to be addressed in the development of hydrogen metallurgy were discussed,including low-cost green hydrogen production technology,gas reforming technology,and gas heating technology.Among them,low-cost green hydrogen production technology and gas heating technology are the key to developing pure hydrogen reduction technology,while gas reforming technology is the key to developing hydrogen rich reduction technology.Finally,the future development of hydrogen metallurgy in China′s steel industry was prospected.From the perspective of long-term planning,coal gasification-shaft furnace reduction was an important direction for the development of hydrogen metallurgy in China.
