摘要
为改善盾构滚刀特种钢表面的耐磨性,对普通织构表面进行激光淬火。采用金相显微镜观察显微组织并通过维氏硬度计测量显微硬度。采用高速高温摩擦磨损试验机分别对无处理表面、普通织构表面、激光淬火化织构表面进行摩擦磨损试验,采用激光共聚焦显微镜观察并分析磨痕及磨损形貌。结果表明:激光淬火后平均硬度约提高7.95%,普通织构表面和激光淬火化织构表面的摩擦系数和磨损量均有所降低;与普通织构表面相比,激光淬火化织构表面的磨损量进一步降低。无处理表面的磨损机制以磨粒磨损和黏着磨损为主,普通织构表面与激光淬火化织构表面的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主;激光淬火化织构表面的应用,显著提高了盾构滚刀特种钢表面硬度,有助于改善该钢的耐磨性。
In order to improve the wear resistance of special steel surface of shield hob,its ordinary texture surface was laser quenched.The microstructure was observed by metallographic microscope and the microhardness was measured by Vickers hardness tester.The friction and wear tests of untreated surface,ordinary textured surface and laser quenched textured surface were carried out by high-speed and high-temperature friction and wear tester,and the wear marks and wear morphology were observed and analyzed by laser confocal microscope.The results show that the average hardness increases by about 7.95%after laser quenching,and the friction coefficient and wear amount of ordinary textured surface and laser quenched textured surface reduce.Compared with ordinary textured surface,the wear of laser quenched textured surface further reduces.The wear mechanism of untreated surface is mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear,while that of ordinary textured surface and laser quenched textured surface is mainly abrasive wear.The application of laser quenching texture surface significantly improves the surface hardness of shield hob and helps improve the wear resistance of special steel surface of shield hob.
