摘要
目的研究胰岛素、康复新液贴敷在糖尿病足治疗中的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2023年9月无锡市锡山人民医院收治的50例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用胰岛素加康复新液贴敷治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血液流变学指标与D-二聚体低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组足背动脉血流动力学指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病足患者的治疗,选用胰岛素加康复新液贴敷治疗方式效果更好。
Objective To study the effect of insulin and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of diabetes foot.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from September 2020 to Septem-ber 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with insulin plus Kangfuxin Liquid.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indexes and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of diabetes foot patients,the application of insulin plus Kangfuxin solution is more effective and can be recommended.
