摘要
为实现不锈钢织物高透明与强电磁屏蔽性能相兼容的目标,文章采用数值计算与理论分析相结合的方法,在分析不锈钢织物主要结构参数(线径与线距)对其透光与电磁屏蔽性能影响的基础上,引入TOPSIS评价方法,探讨了线径与线距对不锈钢织物光学与电磁学综合性能的影响。结果表明,由于电磁衍射的存在,结构参数对透光与电磁屏蔽性能的影响呈现非线性规律。其中,不锈钢织物的线距变化对总体性能的影响最为密切。当线径在0.02~0.05 mm且线距在0.4~1.0 mm时,不锈钢织物在90%高透光率的前提下,可达到至少30 dB的屏蔽效能,为高透光电磁屏蔽材料的结构设计提供了理论指导。
Aiming at the contradiction between the inherent light transmittance and shielding efficiency of stainless steel fabrics,the study explored how to achieve the two-dimensional goal of compatibility between light transmittance and electromagnetic shielding performance,and studied the influence of the main structural parameters(wire diameter and wire spacing) of the stainless steel mesh on the light transmittance and shielding efficiency,in order to optimize the stainless steel fabrics with high light transmittance and strong shielding efficiency,and to provide military reference for the field of electromagnetic shielding materials.Through the design of the main structural parameters of stainless steel fabrics,the study analyzed the influence on the light transmittance and electromagnetic shielding performance of stainless steel fabrics,and analyzed the electromagnetic diffraction phenomenon of stainless steel fabrics with different structural parameters through the scalar diffraction theory.TOPSIS evaluation method was used to quantify the comprehensive performance of stainless steel fabrics in light transmission and electromagnetic shielding,and the influence of wire diameter and wire spacing of stainless steel fabrics on it was studied.Due to the existence of electromagnetic diffraction,the influence of structural parameters on the light transmission and shielding performance shows a nonlinear law,and with the increase of light transmission,the wire diameter decreases sharply to a fixed level,while the wire spacing increases significantly;similarly,with the improvement of the shielding efficiency,the wire diameter increases to a certain level,while the wire spacing decreases to a fixed level.Therefore,under the condition of ensuring high light transmittance,the smaller the wire diameter and wire spacing of the stainless steel fabric,the higher-order diffraction through the electromagnetic wave will be greatly suppressed,so that the light transmittance and electromagnetic shielding performance can be improved to a
