摘要
氧化石墨烯(GO)、碳纳米管(CNTs)作为增强材料赋予聚合物复合材料多种优异性能,然而,其在聚合物中的分散性是影响复合材料性能的重要因素.本研究采用改进的Hummers方法制备了氧化石墨烯,将均聚聚丙烯(PP)与GO及羧基化CNTs通过平行双螺杆挤出机共混挤出,得到GO/CNTs/PP复合材料,并研究了GO与CNTs的含量对复合材料性能的影响.测试结果表明当GO与CNTs的质量比为7∶3时,GO与CNTs在聚合物中分散均匀,复合材料的力学性能提高显著.
Graphene oxide(GO)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have excellent properties as polymer reinforced materials,and their dispersion has been a concern.In this work,GO was prepared by an improved Hummers method,and graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes/polypropylene(GO/CNTs/PP)composites was synthesized through parallel twin-screw extruder blends and extrudes.The effects of GO and CNTs contents on the properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were improved significantly when the mass ratio of GO and CNTs was 7∶3.
