摘要
中药药学服务是中医药医疗服务中一个非常重要的方面,对提高处方质量、促进合理用药、保障医疗安全起着重要作用.目前中药药学服务存在不受重视、对专业人员的要求更高、专业人员紧缺等问题,而机器学习可以较好地解决这些问题,并在理论上具有可行性.此文根据目前最新的研究进展,结合中药处方点评工作、门诊患者用药咨询工作、中药不良反应监测工作、对病历数据的标注等方面探讨了利用机器学习技术促进中药药学服务的思路.将机器学习技术与中医药服务领域整合,可有效地提高中医药服务的效率和公平,最终为中医药现代化作出相应的贡献.
Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care is a very important aspect of Chinese medicine medical services,which plays an important role in improving prescription quality,promoting rational drug use and ensuring medical safety.At present,there are problems such as the lack of attention,higher requirements for professionals and shortage of professionals in Chinese medicine services,and machine learning can solve these problems and be feasible in theory.Based on the latest progress,this paper discusses the idea of using machine learning technology to promote Chinese medicine pharmaceutical care on the consultation work of outpatient drug use,the monitoring of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine,and the labeling of medical records.The integration of machine learning technology with Chinese medicine service can effectively improve the efficiency and equity,and ultimately make corresponding contribution to the modernization of Chinese medicine.
