摘要
目的 探讨多学科协助下的延续性护理干预在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年7月于牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院接受手术治疗的120例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,依照术后护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以常规出院护理,观察组实施多学科协助下的延续性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果 干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及癌因性疲乏评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组饮食控制、规律服药、社会功能、心理健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌患者术后开展多学科协助下的延续性护理干预,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪及癌因性疲乏,提高出院后的生命质量。
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing intervention with multidisciplinary assistance in postoperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical cancer who received surgical treatment in Red Flag Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from March 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different postoperative nursing methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge nursing,the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention with multidisciplinary assistance,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and cancer-related fatigue were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,diet control,regular medication,social function and mental health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention with multi-disciplinary assistance can effectively improve patients'bad mood and cancer-related fatigue,and improve the quality of life after discharge.
